My name is Alban Dedej, owner of Alba Painting LLC. Hard work has been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I grew up in Albania, where my family faced financial challenges during my childhood. Although life was not always easy, those early experiences taught me that dedication, perseverance, and honest work can create new opportunities.
At just 11 years old, I began working at my father’s grocery store. I continued working there for nine years, helping support my family while also volunteering within my local community. That experience taught me responsibility, customer service, and the importance of treating every person with respect.
From Albania to Entrepreneurship
After years of working in the family grocery store, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a business owner. With support from my family, I purchased a plot of land and opened my own restaurant.
Running the restaurant strengthened my interest in entrepreneurship. I enjoyed watching the business grow and seeing the results of my hard work. The beginning was challenging, but each experience helped me become a stronger and more confident business owner.
Around the age of 22, I accepted a position working for the city. This opportunity helped me better understand taxes, finances, organization, and other important aspects of operating a successful business.
These experiences prepared me for the next chapter of my life.

After moving to the United States, I founded Alba Painting LLC with the same values that guided me throughout my life: hard work, honesty, respect, and a commitment to helping others.
